Alberta's Centennial

Tomorrow is our province's 100th birthday.* We're doing some work for the Alberta Centennial initiative, and they've planned some exciting events. Apparently you'll be able to see the fireworks from space (that is, if you're in space, which you're probably not).

Anyway, if you're at one of the terrestrial events and taking pictures, post them to Flickr with the tag alberta2005.

* Many people I know find that amusing, but that's life in Alberta. The 1970s oil boom was the good old days, and we're not even sure there was anyone here before the oil.
