Super-secret UX event

Just a heads up for those of you who are interested: we're putting together a user experience workshop in late September (likely the 23rd to 26th). There aren't a lot of details yet, but here's what I know:

  • It will be in Banff, a lovely little town in the Canadian Rockies, at the excellent Banff Centre
  • It's a get-your-hands-dirty participatory learning event
  • We're working on bringing in some top-drawer speakers (and we have a little bit of money to do it)
  • Cost will be dirt cheap--less than $400 CDN for the event, single accommodations and meals. We hope just about anyone can attend for under $1000.
  • Space is limited to about 40 participants

Registration could be available as soon as next week, and the speaker list shortly thereafter. (Jess has been doing most of the work on this; as usual, I'm just the messenger.)
