Proposed AdSense Terms and Conditions

Introduction. This agreement ("Agreement") between You and Google Inc. ("Google") consists of these Google AdSense Online Program (the "Program") Standard Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions").

  1. Don't Be Evil. Both You and Google agree not to be evil.
  2. Definitions. Google has sole discretion to define "evil." Google may at any time, without notice, change the definition of "evil." If You dispute any definition of "evil" made for the purposes of this Program, You must notify Google in writing within thirty (30) days of the change; failure to so notify Google shall result in the waiver by You of any claim relating to any such change of definition. Except as required by law, You may not, without Google's prior written consent, issue any press release or make any public statement about the subject matter of "evil" in any of its various definitions used by Google under this Agreement.
