Alexa

Alexa web search, aka Amazon-ed Google, looks great. (Their traffic rankings have this site around the 9 million mark, which far exceeds my expectations.) I doubt I'll switch from the real Google, but this looks like it might be a great search engine for infrequent or novice web users.
