Does it look like he's getting on the bus to you? Didn't think so.

Sorry, he's actually boarding the bus. My mistake.

Update: when I asked a few people around the office what was happening in this photo, my man Jamie replied "in winter, partial fares are accepted, but only partial boarding is permitted." Uh, what?
